At Darwich For Metals, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Our Promise: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right - whether through return, exchange, or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the provided return address.
  5. Share the tracking number with our team.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need a different size, color, or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance
  • Refunds will be processed in USD; exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refund amount

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the damage/defect

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After 1 hour, if the order has not been processed, we may still accommodate cancellations at our discretion. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our return policy.
